I was just looking at this blog - standing off to the side, kind of admiring it, you know? And I realized that, due to my tendency to ramble on for hours on end, the rather narrow middle column might put potential readers off.

Since I know there’s no hope of me ever being able to cut myself short and actually write posts that neatly reach their point in three paragraphs or less, I did the next best thing.

A slightly new look. To accommodate my long-windedness and make it look like you’re about to read a short(er) post, rather than a long rambling one. Okay, so I’m cheating a bit here, because chances are, it is a long rambling one, but appearances are important, right?

Update: Wait a minute! I just wrote a post that was three paragraphs or less! This might be the start of something that will give everyone huge relief …
